For Horse Life
This twenty-minute film documents an autumn 2025 studio visit with Austrian ceramic artist Gundi Dietz (*1942), who lives and works near Vienna. The interview captures her firsthand perspective on her practice, uncovering the tacit material knowledge, thought processes, and life experiences behind her work.
Created as part of the artistic research project Horse Life, the film brings Dietz's presence and lived experience directly into the exhibition space, placing the maker alongside her original porcelain sculpture.
